A Sharon Hill man was arrested after police raided his residence and found drugs, packaging materials and a loaded .38.
Robert Sargent, 62, was arrested at his residence in the 1300 block of Clifton Avenue and committed to the George Hill Correctional Facility in Concord after arraignment by District Judge Wendy Roberts, after not being able to post 10% of $150,000 bail.
The charges included various drug and forearms offenses.
The Delaware County District Attorney’s Office Narcotics Task Force said it conducted the raid Thursday morning and seized 1 ounce of cocaine, 3 ounces of marijuana, 70 suboxone strips, 27 oxycontin pills, a .38-caliber revolver with six live rounds, a 2016 Mercedes Benz GL-350, and $3,550 believed to be the proceeds of drug dealing.
Sharon Hill police were instrumental in gathering evidence that led to the raid, officials said.
