A Mainer has been arrested following a month-long investigation by a task force with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agent.
Authorities said Justin Lacroix is facing charges of aggravated drug trafficking following the discovery of a “significant amount of drugs and cash” inside his home.
Officials executed a search warrant on a home on Harwood Lane in Fairfield Thursday. Authorities said they have been looking into the sale of drugs at his home for a month.
Around 280 grams of fentanyl and 225 grams of cocaine, an equivalent of $65,000 in street value, officials said.
A Mercedes Benz automobile and a Chevrolet pickup truck and $43,000 in suspected drug proceeds were also seized during the search, agents said.
