SEDALIA PD K9 SNIFFS OUT METHAMPHETAMINE – kmmo.com
On April 6, the Sedalia Police Department’s K9 Unit was dispatched to assist the Missouri State Highway Patrol with a drug investigation stemming from a traffic stop.
A press release says, officer Fox and K9 Ace responded, and Ace provided a positive alert to the presence of illegal drugs.
A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly revealed 1-1/2 pounds of methamphetamine and U.S. currency believed to be the profit illegal drug sales.
