Zachary Adam Huesers, 30, and Jade Louise O’Fallon, 24, are charged as co-defendants in district court in Ward County with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver heroin, Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, Class C felony possession with intent to deliver alprazolam, Class C felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana, Class A misdemeanor possession of dilaudid, Class A misdemeanor possession of methadone, and Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on April 5.
Both were scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges on Thursday before Judge Todd Cresap.
According to court documents, Huesers and O’Fallon were charged after the Ward County Narcotics Task Force searched a rented hotel room and found the drugs and paraphernalia. Huesers also was wanted on several outstanding warrants and was on “absconder status” from N.D. Parole and Probation.
