Dutchess Man Sells Drugs In City Of Poughkeepsie: NYSP – Patch
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused of having illegal drugs in the city of Poughkeepsie.
The New York State Police said Michael S. Knapp, 37, of Poughkeepsie, was charged April 1 with town counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.
The investigation determined Knapp illegally possessed and sold buprenorphine and naloxone in the city of Poughkeepsie, police said.
He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail following an unrelated arrest in the town of Poughkeepsie.
Knapp was turned over to the state police for processing and returned to the Dutchess County Jail pending future court dates.
