Five charged with drug offenses in separate cases – Williamsport Sun-Gazette

Zarin Hornberger, 26, of 1924 Sweeley Ave., has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having nine bags of heroin, 17 grams of marijuana and 7.5 bars of xanax in the 700 block of West Third Street, where he was found passed out inside a vehicle about 5:20 p.m. on Feb. 8, city police said. He has been sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Ronald Partington, 28, of 1206 Sherman St., apartment 3, faces two sets of drug charges, according to court records filed at the office of District Judge Christian Frey. The county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) has charged him with one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance for selling .51 grams of fentanyl to an informant in the 700 block of Second Street in the city on Jan. 3. He was jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail in this case. In the other incident, he has been charged by city police with possession of a bag of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness in the 1200 block of West Fourth Street on March 26. He has been sent a summons to appear before Frey for this incident.
Kayla Older, 25, of 622 Second St., and Kaseem Bradshaw, 20, of Philadelphia, have both been charged with two counts each of delivery of fentanyl and conspiracy as well as one count of illegal use of a communication device for their alleged involvement in two sales of the controlled substance to an informant in the city, according to court records filed by NEU. One sale took place in the 700 block of Second Street on Jan. 3 and the other in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue on Jan 6, court records state. The two are free on $25,000 bail each.
Brittany Westbrook, 33, of 1621 Catherine St., has been charged by city police with possession of crystal methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia at West Fourth and Campbell streets on Dec. 17. She is free on $10,000 bail after waiving her preliminary hearing.
