Mom arrested after her infant tests positive for drugs – Times Record News
A woman was arrested and her child placed into foster care after she and the child tested positive for cocaine.
Police arrest a woman after she and her two-month-old child both tested positive for drugs.
According to allegations made in the arrest warrant;
In mid-February, a Wichita Falls foster care business called police to report an incident involving a mother and her infant son. Child Protective Service put the child into foster care after the mother tested positive for cocaine.

CPS told the detective the woman had tested positive for methamphetamine and marijuana since the child was born, and recently tested positive for cocaine. The detective reviewed the medical records that showed a urine specimen given by the mother came back positive for drug use. The child’s hair follicle sample also came back positive for drugs.
A warrant was issued for her arrest. She is charged with Abandoning or Endangering a Child.
