Bensalem man charged after township police seize $70K in drugs, cash and more – Bucks County Courier Times
A Bensalem man was arrested Monday after police seized illegal drugs with a street value of more than $70,000 along with cash, a motorcycle and a Rolex watch from his home.
Clinton Douglas, 37, was home when the Bensalem Police Special Investigations Unit and an FBI task force executed a warrant at his home in the 100 block of B Konefal Street, according to a police news release.
The release did not indicate why police obtained a search warrant for Douglas’ home and it will no be releasing information about that part of the investigation at this time, Sgt. Glenn Vandergrift said.
Police seized 26 pounds of drugs including marijuana, and Psilocybin mushroom edibles, $21,000 and paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking, police said. Also seized were a Yamaha motorcycle valued at $7,000 and the $44,000 watch.
Douglas was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver and related offenses. He was taken to Bucks County prison in lieu of 10% of $150,000 bail.
