Man arrested in Pulaski County with $46000 worth of illegal drugs – Laker Country

A Pulaski County man was arrested Tuesday night while in possession of an estimated $46,000 worth of illegal drugs, according to the Commonwealth Journal in Somerset.
43-year-old Jason Woods was arrested on state and federal warrants, and when apprehended, was reportedly in possession of more than 200 grams of heroin, more than 60 grams of cocaine, and other significant amounts of opiates, marijuana, and more.
Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck told the newspaper that the heroin alone would have placed around 2,000 doses on the streets of the community.
Woods faced a federal warrant from December where he was charged with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
