5 gang members arrested, guns and drugs seized in Watsonville – KSBW Monterey

The Santa Cruz County Anti-Crime Team arrested multiple gang members and seized guns and drugs, the Watsonville Police Department reported.
The arrests took place over multiple days, police said.
The week of Feb. 14, SCCAT arrested Enrique Ortiz, Angel Ortiz, Fernando Carranza and Isiah Rueles on two unrelated cases. They were all identified as gang members and on probation/parole, police said.
On Friday, law enforcement arrested was of Greg Arias when he tried to run from police during a traffic stop. Arias was found to have three guns, drugs and body armor with him.
