Man arrested during Osage Co. traffic stop – WIBW
OSAGE CO., KS (WIBW) – An Atchison man is behind bars on drug charges following a traffic stop Saturday.
Demarcus Richards, 25, was stopped by an Osage Co. deputy along I-35 around 8:40 p.m.
The Osage County Sheriff’s Office said the deputy found illegal narcotics in the vehicle.
Richards was booked into the Osage Co. Jail on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, no drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
